    I still haven't received the product that was ordered on August 20th. I reached out to building marketing angrily and the rep I exchanged emails with was no help at all. First I was told that the product had come back to them undeliveredand that it was usps fault and my order would ne canceled and my money refunded. Then I was told that it was the wrong order they were looking at and that my order would get here eventually. No refund and no cancelation. I will never order from them again.

    Coated Tablets

    Bought these to replace another brand of Zinc tablets, which were really hard to swallow due to a lack of coating. These Spring Valley Zinc tablets are coated and they are also smaller in size and therefore go down a lot easier. Been taking Zinc for years and I rarely get colds anymore...

    Less is more

    It was upsetting my stomach at full strength. I just cut them in half. There are cautions in taking too much zinc a day, some are serious. It probably should be mentioned in the label. It may be that because I take a women’s +50 multi-vitamin there’s zinc in it as well. I will continue to use daily for the benefits, just around the half 25 mg. dose.
