Very good shipping and price. The bag is good quality. But it STINKS! I have rubbed essential oils into the leather and it still stinks! I have not been able to use it. I’m hoping another round of essential oils will do the trick. I couldn’t even leave it hanging on the doorknob in the bedroom. I couldn’t stand the smell even 20 feet away.

I received only 24 of the 32 purchased packets of incense. The incense itself is excellent. I was a little concerned that all the individual boxes were shipped in a soft-sided mailer. Incense is sensitive to pressure allowing the precious product to pull away from the stick.
That said, I notified the company that I was shorted 8 boxes. Their response was prompt and I received a $10 credit which I greatly appreciated. I suspect I will do future business with company - but shipped in a box.
