They work great on my Quadra 700, I did had to swap the simms around to get the full 64Mb to register, but they work great at the end. Excellent cosmetic condition.     Great CPU for parallel tasking.

    This is a great processor for multitasking while maintaining a relatively low TDP. This generation was Intel's first 14 nanometer process so there's that advantage about it. I put a pair of these in a HP Z-840 with the vapor cooler option and these run completely silent at 100% full load for days! Now if you are thinking of using one of these for single core performance you are not totally out in the cold. They turbo to 3.6 GHz only but if paired with at least 64GB of RAM (ideally 128Gb) per CPU in your system then they run really great for most single core tasks due to having such high amount of L3 cache. Anyways, obviously not a gaming CPU, this is a fantastic option for someone looking to do fluid simulation, CPU based 3D rendering and other multicore tasks on a budget.
