However, when we installed the new repaired board, it did not work. I recd a video showing it was working at his end. I don’t know why we couldn’t get it going.

I purchased the repair service, shipped the item to the seller and got a lightning fast turn around and shipped back to me. It took me a couple weeks to be able to re install my item but once I did it worked perfectly again. A repair was the only solution due to the age of my item and not being able to get a new replacement. Very reasonable price.
