    Excellent Camera

    Excellent build quality, low weight, and a great mechanical feel to the controls. Big, bright viewfinder and easily-interchangeable focusing screens. Accepts the Zuiko OM lenses which are great and plentiful on the market. The OM-2/N has one of the best AE systems out there. Take care of this camera and it will take care of you for years to come.

    Pros + Compact & Lightweight + Reliable & Sturdy + Great metering, uses readily available batteries + Good in both auto and manual modes + Bright viewfinder Cons - Bad ergonomics - Tricky to double or mutli expose - No mirror lockup Overall a fantastic and very complete camera for a fair price. If you don't need mirror lockup or want to take many, many double exposures, I warmly recomend both the OM-2 and the OM-2N for their versatility and reliability.

    Classic Photography for a great price

    If you know anything about classic cameras, you'll probably already know how good a reputation the OM system had in its heyday. Small and light, with quick and easy focusing, and an accurate metering system well ahead of its competitors. Zuiko lenses are very affordable, and it's still possible to get the camera serviced. I expect this camera to be functional long after my time.

    Wonderful

    Beautiful camera. A little brassing on the body corner, but it looked even better than the photos including the coloration of the lettering. Everything was as shown or better and the internals are in excellent condition as far as I can tell without extensive testing of light leaks etc. For half the price of mint + versions of this camera definitely worth the money.

    Camera gives you solid feeling in hands but viewfinder is not that good

    ______ PROS: ______ - Camera feels solid in hands; - Automatic exposures up to half an hour or so - haven't seen this anywhere else; - You can push/pull exposure value for 2 stops on the film sensitivity knob; - Film winding knob has a small way to go which feels solid; ______ CONS: ______ - It's pretty hard to get a focus because of a dark focusing matte screen. It just feels blurry even when in focus; - It's hard to see reading of light meter in the side of a viewfinder (comparing with my Canon AE-1) especially in the dark; - It require pretty rare and expensive silver oxide button batteries (SR44W/357/303) to run. Current analog LR44 does not suit well because it drops in voltage pretty fast making light meter to give incorrect results; - Light ...
