It finally arrived, two weeks later....but it arrived. The seller not at fault at all. The culprit "Royal Mail" Leyton sorting office....a bunch of lazy people (all you have to do is to read the reviews on Google maps). Twice Royal Mail customers service contacted them and Twice they failed to delivered on the agreed date. The seller was fantastic, very good communication and very patient. Buy with confidence. Very reliable seller.

Order was for 3 balls of yarn, only 1 sent. Also, had to pay surcharge of £3.50 to Royal Mail as underpaid on postage. However, when notified, seller immediately sent out the missing 2 balls of yarn, and also refunded £3.50 surcharge. Initial transaction not great, but seller dealt with issue promptly hence positive feedback.
