My luck with another brand of superautomatic espresso machines has been horrible. However, this machine has been terrific. It takes time and patience to get the formula just right. I wasted a lot of beans. But it was worth it because our cappuccinos are now exactly like we like them. The milk system is incredibly easy to use and clean as is the brewing unit. Only the future will tell about the durability of this machine but for now we are extremely happy with the machine and the seller.
