When I placed my order I was expecting to receive what I saw in the photo at the time, which was a blue 3D print. After receiving, I got a fluorescent green one which confused me, until I reached out to the seller. Was told same spec (firmness) except for the color. On the other hand with shipping, eBay showed it was being delivered but was actually late by a day. No big deal, just bumps on the road with eBay in general
