This Toshiba DVD player features a progressive scan ColorStream Pro component video output for optimal picture quality with an HD or HD-ready TV. The Toshiba SD-3950 is capable of playing disc formats such as DVD, DVD-RW, CD, CD-RW, CD-R, VCD, and DVD+R. This DVD player is also capable of playing MP3 and WMA files. Other features of this device include a letterbox conversion and parental locks. This Toshiba DVD player has virtual surround sound through Dolby Digital (digital-out only) and DTS (digital-out only). The Toshiba SD-3950 offers a 3:2 pulldown, black level expansion, as well as a power picture zoom. This DVD player also has JPEG picture playback, capable of showing slideshows through the player. With this Toshiba DVD player, users can bookmark memory for up to nine points to review moments of a movie. Included with this device is a remote control with batteries, a user’s manual, and a stereo analog audio interconnect composite cable. The weight of this unit is 5.5 lbs, and its dimensions are 2.2 inches tall by 17 inches wide by 9.5 inches deep.
