I contacted the seller, whom kindly offered a very reasonable discount considering it was not really their fault in this circumstance, to save postage of the item back and all the hassle (and probably a negative review). I was impressed how quickly the matter was resolved to my satisfaction with no quibble. Great service. And partial refund made promptly too. I’d obviously have preferred no damage.

- 1***7 (31)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI was not happy with my his product I tried it out at home the ambient temperature was 25deg I left it on for 4 hours and the inside temperature of the cooler only got to 12deg reading the small print spec it states that the unit can only reduce the temperature to a maximum of 15 deg below ambient hence drinks etc are not cooled enough I wish I had paid more attention to this before I ordered it better to pay more for a fridge type unit
