Delivered fast and combined with another order I placed on the same day. The seller upgraded my shipping at no extra charge. Great communication. Items were pact with care. Packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and a layer of cardboard to prevent cut marks from opening the box with a knife. Extra tap on the edges. Fantastic service!

Seller messaged to tell me they were upgrading shipping to priority for free to make sure it arrived by Christmas. It came a couple days later in great condition exactly as described and packaged superbly — I couldn’t have done it better myself. Above and beyond in every way.

Great experience! The Item was fairly priced and was in better condition than indicated by the seller (advertized as acceptable with photos to back that up but I would rate the copy I received as good). Delivery was prompt and the packaging was first-rate (the best I have ever seen for a book).

  • Fantastic Story, Phenomenal Artwork, A Must Read.

Being a long-time comic collector, I never really understood the purpose of Trade Paperbacks. After reading this one, I figured it out. Having the whole story-arc without advertisements; being able to read the adventure in one sitting without having to wait for the next issue or installment was well worth it. The writing by Joss Whedon (Buffy the Vampire Slayer; Firefly) is excellent, contemporary and gritty. The art by John Cassaday is phenomenal. In fact, this is the storyline that Marvel Animation recently turned into a Motion Picture Comic (available in stores now, and another media form I did not understand until I saw it for the first time). The same art and images from the comic are used in the animation and the result is simply fantastic. So, highly recommended book if you ...

  • Truly Astonishing!

The Astonishing X-Men: Gifted arc is truly astonishing. This is a continuation of Morrison's New X-Men storyline. Scott Summers and Emma Frost reform the X-Men teaming up with Kitty Pryde, Logan, and Dr. Hank McCoy. They get rid of their older costumes in Morrison's New X-Men and replace them with updated versions of their older 70's costumes. Their main purpose is to become superheroes again and just to help out in the community. Meanwhile, a "cure" has developed by Dr. Kavito Rao and a mysterious alien named Ord of the Breakworld, who has a lot to do with an X-Man thought dead. The X-Men react to this "cure" as offensive. "Maybe I should just kill her," Emma Frost said. Killing isn't an X-Man's way. And some of the dialogue Emma ...
