    Outstanding eBay seller. There was a glitch with USPS tracking: it only showed that the shipping label had been created. There was nothing showing that the item was on its way. He offered to send a replacement even before we could figure out what happened to the original shipment. USPS eventually delivered both items. I paid for the second one in appreciation for the excellent customer service, even though I could've returned it on the seller's dime.
