      Wished they could've packed the product better. Item came with a minor chip. Also paid the for the shipping cost just to find out that they boxed it together with the other item. Both items did come in with damages. Said that they will report it in shipper. Most likely if they get reimbursed, I won't even see that money. As for the product, despite the damages, it does look good. Communication is ok. Value is so-so but could've gave me a discount on shipping when they combine both.
