Received the item damaged. Unfortunately, after showing the seller pictures of the damaged item, they are not taking responsibility and will not issue a refund. The item was repaired prior to selling with incorrect adhesive. The metal ring was not adhered to the ceramic base upon opening the box. I immediately took pictures and contacted them not only that but the ceramic base was kerosene soaked, and cannot use due to smell. needed to get eBay customer support involve

Item was packaged extremely well as I always do. I was accused of repairing the lamp, if I had I would have disclosed it, I offered a partial refund to cover the cost of gluing the top on but buyer refused & said lamp was unusable do to odor, an oil lamp. I received the lamp back & to my surprise there is no smell at all! I suggested the buyer get customer service involved. I got the lamp back, not wrapped just put in the box and now the top is bent.
