Item arrived on time and the ornaments I received were in good shape. The Inge glas Polar Bear, the Radko Candy Ribbon and Reindeer while pictured were not included in the shipment. I contacted the seller and he said his daughter broke them when packing the shipment. I did not receive advance notice that the order had been compromised. This to me seemed like bait and switch. To his credit, he refunded the full amount of the merchandise plus shipping.
