Product is hard to beat! - and an Excellent Seller
I'm still trying to find a replacement to the Zune media player - the Zune is hard to beat. IMO the only player that beats the Zune Mini is the Zune HD. And still not found a replacement to the Zune HD. The Zune Mini, and the Zune HD features and form factors lend to different use cases. This is about the Zune mini; which is great for music and podcasts where you only have or want audio. Its small, lightweight, good battery life. This has a small screen, no touch screen, no Bluetooth, no Store, and really limited usefulness of WIFI. BUT if you don't care about any of those features it its a solid music product. Other than being discontinued and no longer in production the only major thing the Zune is lacking is support for FLAC. Even if this was in the Zune software and transcoded ... I'm still trying to find a replacement to the Zune media player - the Zune is hard to beat. IMO the only player that beats the Zune Mini is the Zune HD. Zune 16gb Is Perfection
The Zune 16gb is A Beautiful Little mp3 player but it has tons of features. First Off Battery Life is a major thing with mp3/mp4 players and this zune delivers it gets about 2-3 times as much life as the zune 30gb, It also has a flash drive so you dont have to worry about damaging the hard drive which is a big relief and it cuts down dramatically on battery life since there are no moving parts with a flash drive. The Zune size is perfect and fits in any pocket comfortably, and The Zune features all the same things the 30gb version does in a smaller, sleeker package such as Games,FM Radio, Zune Marketplace wifi connectivity, etc... The Zune Software isnt perfect but is very easy to use and connects to your xbox live/windows account and it syncs up with you Xbox 360 wirelessly which is ... Best MP3 player on the market
I've tried a wide variety of mp3 players in the past... And at first was a little reluctant to give the zune a shot, mainly because the old zunes were so big... But I bought the Zune 16 gig... and LOVED it. Its the perfect size, super small.. Super fast... Excellent wireless sync with my laptop AND my Xbox360!...Super clear audio.. long battery life... Pretty much the only thing the Zune can't do for me is cook me breakfast :P The zune software is also much more user friendly then itunes... (From my software engineer pov) So far I would say this is by far the BEST mp3 player on the market, and after trying this.... I'm never going back to the old famous ipods-I've tried a wide variety of mp3 players in the past... Love the ZUne
I just had the oportunity to use my brand new zune and LOVE it...I work 13-14 hour shifts when I go in for snow removal on base and after 10 hours of constant play it only lost 1/4 battery life...the sound quality is much better than that of the older model zunes as well...the only draw back is that you have to use the touch screen to switch songs which can make it difficult when your driving and need a new band or song, but this is something small that you quickly get used to. I've been using zunes for 2 years and have yet to have a problem with them, all my old ones still work (even after a couple tosses at a wall) and I use all them still. Wish I'd known that it didn't come with a charging cable, I bought this as a gift that was then late because I ended up having to order the cable after receiving the zune without one. It did however, come with a wall adapter lol. Not much use without the cable. The zune itself was good value, it looked rougher in the photos than it actually was and after removing the damaged screen protector and a little detailing I had a close-to-new device.
