I’m not super familiar with all the ins and outs of the A series Cummins, but this ended up being the right one for my 89 6AT. I original got the 6AT kit and didn’t realize that the impeller was completely different until I had the bearing and seal set. I have another engine that will likely need a pump soon, so I’ll keep the other kit and be more careful with the impeller during disassembly. It was great to find good quality parts for these unique engines from a local seller.
