The product is a good value compared to buying at the local dealer. Although this is nothing more than a blended oil and you can purchase semi synthetic oil blends at a lower price I would. If your bike is under warranty like mine then go ahead and purchase this kit and save your self a headache of fighting the dealer and manufacturer Incase you ever have a problem. Remember motorcycle companies and dealers don't like warranty work and look for reasons not to cover if that can pass the blame on the consumer. The Indian motorcycle I do like over Harley but when it comes to buying parts, oils, and warranty they are no better. The two companies act the same. Now I don't know how Polaris is on their other products but with the indian yeah they kind of raise the price and act like Harley. ... This is my second time buying oil and filter from this company. The first time the oil was in a plastic bag and the oils filter had a plastic piece over the top to keep stuff out. This time the oil was just thrown in the box and one opened and the oil filter was thrown in the box with no plastic over the opening or even coming in the little box they normally come in. Shipping and packaging could be way better!This is my second time buying oil and filter from this company. Oil change kit
I like the kit because it provides every item needed to complete an oil change the way the factory would do it. You don't have to measure anything. Just drain your oil following instructions in the manual (there are two drain plugs) and then put all the oil in the kit in after replacing the drain plugs with the provided washers using the correct torque setting, 15 FTLBs or 20 NM. One of the oil bottles is half size and that makes it so you don't have to measure anything.
