Did you ever want to live a life of crime? Did you ever want to head out on the road and see where it takes you, see what happens as you move from place to place, your only worry who you should take your next job from?<br><br>Well, of course you've never wanted to live a life like that, but now you can do so vicariously in Grand Theft Auto for the Nintendo Game Boy Color. Take on over 100 missions spread across three cities as you try to avoid the cops, keep a low profile by not running over innocent pedestrians, and battle other criminals who are often competing with you for the loot.<br><br>When the game begins you choose your character from a line-up of nine felons, each with his own unique attributes. Then you get your car and head out on your first mission. Messages come in through a phone call; follow the instructions and commit the specified crime. Every successful mission increases your Wanted Level as well as your overall score.<br><br>You also have a pager to assist with networking with other criminals, and a random ringing payphone could mean a job from a mob boss. You start the game with five lives but can find more. Scattered throughout the cities are crates which yield bonuses such as better weapons and body armor, a Get Outta Jail Free Key which gets you out of the slammer with all your weapons, or a police bribe which cancels your Wanted Level.<br><br>The three cities you travel through are Liberty, Vice and San Andreas.

    Great, and challenging.

    I like Grand Theft Auto on the Game Boy, but it's a little challenging, but still fun. The most fun thing to do is drive around and cause mayhem, and try the missions. I'm amazed that a GTA game is on a Game Boy cart. If you like the Grand Theft Auto series, you might just enjoy this title. It's portable GTA on the go!

    Grand Theft Auto for Game Boy Advance

    My son has Grand theft auto for his playstation and he wanted the same for his game boy. We travel quite often and it works well for that. The game is enjoyable and as long your children know right from wrong, it is just a game! If you have a child that is non-cooperative and nasty most of the time, this game is NOT for them. thank you.

    Good game but gets boring.

    The game play is good for 10 years ago. Just isnt entertaining these days. It isnt good as even the games on modern day cell phones. Good if you really really love old school games.

    Cars are hard to steer

    They couda made th Cars a;pt easier to drive (it is fixed in 2 and Advance version). Good game non the less, just stripped down because of the Org Game Boys limitations, it came out in 1999 and shouda been made just for the COLOR at the time, it had more speed and memory, but oh well, still good game.

    Great Buyer Expirence

    Worked just as it was supposed to. Great condition! I expected possible problems because the game is years old but I DoD not have any problems. My boyfriend loved this as a gift.
