Good communication. Shipping was fast. While I have not had the time to check the battery under load, the outside of the battery appears to be of top quality and professionally manufactured. Packaging was also professionally done. While lithium batteries are lighter than lead acid batteries, this battery has some weight to it meaning it does not seem to be cheaply made. It appears that a lot of care and professionalism has been put into this battery. I will be buying more from this seller.
