This thing was packed very well. Three separate bubble mailers, and a very stiff cardboard outer box. The screen itself was very high quality, in fact I found it better than the original. Plugged it in, and it turned right on. Touch screen works in the system BIOS and subsequently the Windows pre-boot screen just fine. And without even seeing it in the ad, they sent high level professional tools with it. I am very pleased with this entire experience.
