Item as described. Unfortunately I can't figure out how to install it. The glove box has a felt liner with hard plastic underneath and would require cutting or drilling to gain access to the screws holding the latch/handle in place. I don't believe this latch was made to be replaced on the Mercedes ML350 4matic vehicle.
