Dean Markley Acoustic Pickup
It's a nice sounding pickup for the price and easy to use. I like the shorter cord on the new one I bought as the other long cord was a hassle. Easy to remove when you don't need it.

Only adequate sound quality, loud hum, crappy 1/4 jack...but still an amazing deal!
Used it on a Yamaha 830 and HD-28. Provided decent tone a little brighter than the Humbucker version. Definitely not the same class as a Baggs or recording mic but good enough for sound reinforcement. Be prepared to do a lot of EQ. This is a single coil so if there are any FL's or LED's nearby it will hum like crazy. That's almost everywhere except outside these days. Back in the incandescent light bulb days this was probably a great cheap solution, not so much today. 1/4 jack had intermittent grounding issues. Not sure if it was because of an aluminum sleeve used in the shield or if it was my cable. My cables are gold plated... so Im thinking it was the sleeve. Will have to replace the original jack with a higher quality one for this to be reliable. The little leather keeper for strap ... Used it on a Yamaha 830 and HD-28. I got this pickup a few days ago and I'm still not sure how I feel about it. Positives- It was inexpensive, I can play most of my acustic guitars through my amp finally, it's not complicated to use, it does have an acoustic sound and I can switch between my electric and acoustic easy. Negatives- the volume comes out lower than my electrics, the high e, b and g all sound low volume or less pronounced, there is a crackle if the jack input, moves around, the wire hanging out of the hole is a bit awkwardI got this pickup a few days ago and I'm still not sure how I feel about it. Great pick up
I thought about putting active electronics on my 12 string Ibanez, but I was concerned about losing the tonal quality of the instrument that attracted me to it in the first place. This is a great alternative and the sound quality of the pick up doesn't overpower the natural out put of the guitar.
