      The good and the not-so-good

      Not so easy changing modes as described in the user guide. Nice that the display is so easily visible out-of-doors in bright light. Also that it turns itself off after 3 minutes no matter what.

      Too cumbersome & confusing to use & a recipe for sore thumbs!

      I would buy the basic one in a heartbeat but this thing is far too difficult to use & falls short of what it purports to be. Definitely not worth the money! I’m using my alternates mostly Snarks which I have about a 1/2 dozen of cause they break if you look at them too hard & even had some mar guitar finishes. you can buy 5 of the cheap tuners, serving the basic needs & throw them away as they break instead of buying a polytonal one that may be made better but for all practical purpose only does what a cheap one will do!

      I use the uni tuner for my bass,the poly tuner is awesome I have both,reads the notes very fast an accurate, best tuner I have ever used for a clip on
