  • Just a remake of the Atkins diet

    If you want hear Abel James tell you time and time again that he is a millionaire and to only buy the most expensive grass fed proteins them go for it. He just read the book "The Art and Science of low carbohydrate Performance" by Jeff S. Volek 2012 and added his spin to it. Heck Butter coffee isn't his either. You will drop the pounds by just going on atkins. I didn't notice another low carb trainer on the "My Diet is Better Than Yours" show. His expectations of dieting with only the best foods is unrealistic for the working populations. Not everyone can get out running and hiking through the week for hours on end with jobs and kids. Bullet Proof and the Wild diets are just Atkins with minor changes. Save your money.
