Starting cost estimate from Apple to send in my MacBook for repair was $800. Then the actual repair could have been additional. This refurbished 2019 model is beyond the manufacturing time period that Apple had the Flexgate problems so this MacBook should do me just fine for a long time. The MacBook I received is in excellent condition and I had no issues getting my old data and settings migrated over .

It arrived very quickly and was packaged superbly. However upon opening the package I found that only one of the two cds had been shipped. I reached out to the seller to make them aware of the problem. They quickly responded and took responsibility for the mistake. Moreover they immediately refunded my money no other questions asked. These days it’s rare to find a seller that puts the customer first!!!
