I've just started taking these pills and now I don't have a runny nose like how I used to and I feel very healthy after each dose. I even sometimes break the cap into my hot cup of tea.:) EXCELLENT for reducing colds and runny nose! I am glad to have bought these with how bad the pandemic has been. No nausea. No stomach upset.This is good stuff! Although the only bad thing was one of the pills was empty but still overall nice caps and nice amount.
