I really like this item and have waited for it for about 4 wks now . I received my package ok through the mail the packaging was a little banged up but the product was unharmed , product was exactly as described and in new condition thanks for the response on the shipping etc. I would recommend this seller...

This is a seller I do not recommend. First, it was stated that it was a brand new one, but the item received was an open box or a used one that even had hair on it. Before purchasing, the seller responded that "it had clearly been sealed. There is no customer who pays more than $400 for a used product that he bought as a gift for his wife. Since it was clearly stated that refunds were not possible, I did not return it and threw it away in the storage. The second delivery was too late .

The only thing I would add is not to ship USPS. They are slow and never really know if you will get your item. I did receive the ear buds and they were exactly what I wanted. The seller was very accurate on the description and the price was great. Would recommend this site again.
