Particularly appreciative of the assistance given by lizardking26; Lamp was received in good condition by my brother, an orthopaedic surgeon in California. {suggestion: I should have asked to have my name included in the package as my brother said he knew the package arrived at the right place as it was a "Dinwoodie" lamp ... but couldn't figure out who had sent it.) We had a good laugh about that. Again my thanks very much to Lizardking26; hope all is well with you.
