Seller shipped the bracelets in an unprotected soft envelope and they were destroyed once I received them so why did I pay almost $10 in shipping??? However, the seller was quick to make a refund and admit their mistake. Unfortunate.

Hello kknjc_9,the bracelets were shipped in a bubble padded envelope from USPS, and the shipping cost was priority mail, which ebay suggested. I did ship multiple other bracelets that way and the arrived safe and undamaged, im sorry yours were damaged but i think that was on the post office.i did fully refund right away, and said you could keep the bracelets in hopes that you would be able to bend them straight.
