Item was as described. Two of the cups handles were broke even though the package was packed just like I would have packed it. The seller was very responsive and wanted to give me a full refund which wouldn’t have been fair since I had four good cups and 6 saucers. Appreciate them being so responsive. Also not their fault postage is through the roof!
