    TruNature is a quality product.

    I discovered I have AMD and i carry the gene that is not supposed to take zinc for it. After doing research I discovered that TruNature has the necessary ingredients for AMD but not zinc. My retina Dr read it and said it is a good product..

    Recommended ingredients from my eye dr.

    Plain and simple is that the ingredients recommended by my eye dr. are contained in this product so I'm buying and using it. So far this is the best price I've seen around, not saying there are no other better deals out there but just from my experience. I honestly don't know if this has done me any good since I really don't have any glaring eye problems but just a step towards health and well being.

    Great product

    On the advice of my Optometric Physician, I started taking a Lutein/Zeaxanthin supplement. In about 3 weeks I experienced a vast reduction in blurriness and much better focusing ability. The problem was the vitamins were rather expensive. I find the Trunature brand works just as effectively and provides a higher level of both Lutein and Zeaxanthin, at about one third the cost.

    Vitamin’s were recommended to me to ward off macular degeneration

    I have been taking these vitamins for quite a while in the hope of not getting macular degeneration as my mother had it and basically became legally blind. It was recommended to me quite a while ago and especially this brand.
