I did have trouble with WIFI calling as I could not find the button which is supposed to be in the phone's settings. In desperation, I said "Hey Google, turn on WIFI calling." And, voila, on it came. One caveat, once you turn it on, you'll need to ask Google to turn it off. Seems to be a great product at a very good price and I'm realy satisfied. Not listed ithat this was a Verizon phone, but it was unlocked.

That notice is intimidating especially because it directs the customer to use iPhone and take photos on receipt of the phone. You are not selling iPhone to everybody. I bought a Samsung and directing me to open my iPhone and enter the details you requested is Not good customer relation exercise at all.Other than that black spot,your products are great

The phone was factory sealed and brand new, yet the screen quit working shortly after the phone was opened at Christmas at no fault of the seller. I got a refund and the replacement phone I ordered from another seller was supposed to be sealed and wasn't, so I recommend everyone buy from CREO cellular because they ship new sealed phones when they say new on the listing!! I will use this seller next time!
