The sword is FANTASTIC, the company is AWESOME, the shipping is VERY FAST especially when coming from overseas and I do plan on buying MANY more blades from them as this is my third purchase. I did contact them about saya as it did come damaged and the seller did offer a small refund but I refused as it was not their fault as clearly the damage occurred during shipping but nonetheless they were very diligent in responding as well as caring/understanding so great communication!!
