Well that was certainly the most interesting delivery I've ever had. The FedEx driver had to verify, my name, date of birth and that I was the package recipient, but didn't want to take a picture of my license with their app in case they ever got hacked, so he had to verify it manually. I mean sure, okay, but still the weirdest delivery I've ever had.

I had a concern if the heater could be damaged as I saw the delivery person literally drop it from chest height to the ground. Gretchen was so helpful with my concern.
