Seller blamed this on Royal Mail… not on the fact that it was poorly packaged. Was intended as a gift. Not in the Jo Malone gift box as the pic suggests. ( clearly l didn’t read enough) tube in small box over stuffed with tissue, therefore tube box doesn’t close properly at either end.. in all a disaster and did not come from Jo Malone. The refund you’re referring was indeed processed one day after your initial claim, it wasn’t ignored at all. You got to keep the item without even returning.
