They are liers, fraud & unprofessional. As attached below: 1) they lied that they shipped by clicking in the system they shipped it; and via Ebay messaging said that they did 2) they actually failed to ship it; as of 03/21 USPS status is pending hand-off 3) they blamed USPS for missing pickup; but they did not even check after my 1st inquiry 4) in my 2nd follow up, they refunded me so that I can reorder 5) but after I inquired & highlighted their mistake, they blocked so that I can't reorder!?
