Other than the Shield TV box came configured with Russian language; very difficult to navigate the menus to find English, but it seems to work. I am still testing.
Seller responded quickly, was inflexible on negotiating his shipping cost charge of $23.49 when the postage was less than $18, and there was no remote, which was in the description so no foul. Shipped on time, Seller did his job correctly.
If I was was to do it again, I'd buy a new 2019 version for only twice the price.
