Seller listed wrong and sent the wrong size nowhere in the listing did it say it was a toddler size 4,seller offered a refund but the only way seller would do it was if I did a return the item request even though they didn't want it returned so I was out the $7.85 for shipping to
get it to me and then eBay because of a return request took out another $7.85 out of my refund for return shipping label, so either way I'm still out $15.70 for snow boots that are totally worthless to us.
