Seller is selling counterfeit merchandise!! I have the Charlotte Street East Collection of Kate Spade Drinking Glasses. A couple of mine had broken and I needed to match them up. This seller had an entire collection so I bought them. Over half of them arrived broken because the seller poorly packed them. I asked for a partial refund. When I went to wash the remaining ones, I lined them up next to the real ones and realized they are different and have a counterfeit stamp on the bottom of glass !

The buyer has neglected to mention that in good faith the buyer received 100% refund with no return necessary. As far as the counterfeit comment goes, older verses new items may look similar but different. I do my best to represent the items I am selling as honestly as possible and package with care. Please read reviews from my satisfied buyers as they comment on my packing, item as described, my communication and prompt delivery. Don't base your buying decision on one disgruntled buyer.
