With a focus on the Allosaurus, the fearsome flesh-eating thunder lizard similar to the Tyrannosaurus Rex, this special explores the 12-meter monster that terrorized the late Jurassic Period. Equipped with huge serrated teeth designed for ripping the flesh from the bone, no more terrifying predator was seen in the dinosaur world until the advent of the T. Rex, some 75 million years later. Made in association with the BBC and The Discovery Channel.

    Heyyyyy I love all kinds of science some about dinosaurs some of other things like deadliest volcanoes making of North America but space is my thing like the universe and nova the planets I have small library on space but the earth’s past is great allosaurus is just one part of earth’s past along with the other dinosaurs 🦖 from they start to the end of them

    Walking in Imagination: Big Al

    Having seen this on television I took the eBay opportunity to purchase the DVD for my own use. Having been fascinated by Dinosaurs since kindergarten I engage every chance I have to expand my Dinosaur collection. This comparatively short one hour show brings us the story of a newly hatched Allosaurus and his adventures and mis-adventures in growing from a two or three pound hatchling to a two-ton sub-adult. Drawing from the fossil evidence of an unearthed skeleton this Allosaur, dubbed "Big Al", has his life drawn out for us. The difficult life of the predator is shown to us in vivid recreation and sharp detail on the 'small screen' in this beautifully animated and brilliantly recreated view of life in the Jurassic. I would recommend this DVD to and for anyone who loves Dinosaurs.

    ALLORAURUS; A WALKING WITH DINOSAURS DVD

    THIS WAS AN EDUCATIONAL FORMAT FOR MY FOUR AND FIVE YEAR OLD GRANDSONS THEY ARE VERY INTERESTED IN THIS TYPE OF MOVIE BECAUSE IT EXPLAINS HOW THESE WONDEROUS CREATURES LIVED AND IT WAS VERY REALISTIC. ANY GRANDMOTHER WITH BOYS THIS AGE KNOWS NOT MUCH HOLDS THEIR ATTENTION FOR LONG BUT IT WAS AMAZING THEY NEVER ACTED UP OR GOT ANTSY ON A FLIGHT FROM CHARLOTTE TO EL PASO, TEXAS. BEST INVESTMENT I'VE EVER MADE FOR TWO BOYS WHO WANT TO LEARN ALL THEY CAN ABOUT DINOSAURS. VERY GRATEFUL FOR THE QUALITY AND NARRATING THAT HAD THEM ON THE EDGE OF THEIR SEATS AND GAVE US A QUIET PEACEFUL FLIGHT.

    I bought this item for a Dinosaurs week at a preschool, they wanted all things dinasour and used this item as a background screen projected and it worked great and didnt confuse the kids too much and at the same time was of mild intrest to adults also. I honestly didnt learn anything 'new' when I watched it but it had Pretty resolution on the graphics and fake dinosaurs at least./
