I sent a message to the seller and asked if he could cancel the order before the item was shipped, but he ignored my message and shipped it anyway. I am not upset because he didn't cancel the order because I had already paid for it, I am not happy because he totally ignored my message and chose not to cooperate with a customer over a $17 item.
