The Seller was very responsive and mailed me a replacement case top to replace what was damaged. I DON'T HOLD SELLERS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROBLEMS IN SHIPPING, but if the train engine was as carefully packaged as the replacement case, the entire matter could have been avoided. GREAT SELLER

    i should have order the NS loco.

    mine has a metallic squiel when i run it. compared to some of my sd70s it is difficult to run on my layout and the noise it makes is a garbled sound. i was disappointed with it.
