Spaced Invaders
SPACED INVADERS, a comic, sci-fi movie, is a film which doesn't take itself seriously, has charm and gentle humor. Ariana Richards is adorable as the protagonist, the special effects are old-style organic and very well done. This movie is a great Halloween romp, fun and fun-loving.

Spaced Invaders was one of those movies that did not do well at the box office, but is a genuine Sci-Fi humor classic. The movie is about group of aliens that are in a war, get lost and hear the Orson Welles War of the Worlds re-broadcast. They then land on earth to help their fellow alien brethren fight the war. The problem is that there is no war on earth. It is Halloween so they blend in. There are some semi-famous actors/actresses. Douglas Barr from The Fall Guy, Royal Dano from Ghoules II and Killer Clowns from Outer Space. Ariana Richards from the Jurassic Park trilogy. Patrika Darbo from Mr & Mrs Smith, Midnight in the Garden of Good & Evil and Speed II. It is rated PG. The movie is fun for the whole family. The aliens are hilarious and their lines in the movie ... Hilarious Classic!
This is a great, hilarious classic (1990) comedy about a saucer of an invasion force has engine trouble, it lands on Earth. It happens to be Halloween and it happens the five invaders are only about 4 feet tall. As the bumbling aliens wander around the countryside they are taken to be children and they make friends with two children, one of whom is the daughter of the sheriff. As their troubles mount (it's difficult for five aliens to conquer a world) they begin to give up their plans of conquest, but then there is that nasty killer robot. You’ll deeply enjoy this movie. It has the voice talents of: Douglas Barr, Royal Dano, Ariana Richards, J.J. Martians invade earth, who knew they were that crazy

A CLASSIC
This is the movie I always watch to get warmed up for Halloween. Harps back to the days when you didn't need cussing, profanity or anything like that to make a good movie. Just a good-hearted family fun, heart felt movie.. A must see in my books.. It's also exceptionally original in my opnion.. I'd love to see something similar to this released modern day. And I LOVE how they didn't depend on C.G.I. yet, this was still special effects and animatronics for the most part... You just can't replace that.. No substitutions..
