Unfortunately this thermostat did not work with my heating/cooling system but this person was great to deal with, he understood the situation and promptly sent a return shipping label and refunded the purchase price quickly. Even though he didn't have the thermostat I needed I have still saved him to my approved sellers list, I may need something he sells at a later date. Thanks for being one of the good guys.
