They sell faux/counterfeit products and when you message and ask if it's authentic, they answer it is authentic. Not true. on a $144 paid amount, they offered $15, even though it is not as described. They did agree to send refund, when item was sent/delivered, payment was not given until I asked Ebay to step in. The said they were having "tech issue"..... I don't know if it is true, but sending refund wasn't handled in a timely manner. Happy Ebay customer service is efficient!
