    seller didnt put in the description that the red wire was frayed & I couldnt tell that it was frayed in the photo. I wrote him back basically saying that I request a refund and that if he doesn't give me a refund (because he had it marked as sold is), that I would have to get eBay involved. He took offense to that and even tho I apologized for upsetting him, he is now being rude and uncooperative. He threatened to give me negative feedback if I give him negative feedback or get eBay involved
