    You cannot find many AM3+ motherboards, specially in this price range. PRO's The board is compatible with 125 Watt AMD 3+ CPU's The board has 4 SIMM Memory slots and is compatible with DDR3 1600 RAM The board has UEFI BIOS which is compatible with Windows 8 and Windows 10 The board has 2 PCI-e slots one 16x and one 4x The board has on board optical out connector to include S/PDIF header Con's The SATA port connectors position make it hard to use 2 Full size Graphics card Heat Sink on chipset block the use of full size PCI-E Gen2 slots Front Panel connector pin hard to connect to standard case pinouts I had a Gigabyte 970D-G46 motherboard that failed I replaced it with the Gigabyte 970A-UD3P, after transferring components to the Gigabyte 970A-UD3P the board booted the first time. ...

    Works very well with a FX-8350. I don't care for VIA as the onboard sound. Installed a Creative FX sound card. Yea Baby! Plays game with power and ease.

    I'm really satisfate and happy this motherboard :)

    This is my 5 build and is a lot faster than my previews Gigabyte has many features, and do not pay attention to the year was made this mobo is great! all you need for simple task to even gaming, like Outlast, Path of Exile the graphics looks amazing plus I already have 8G or ram and I have plans to add 8 more, my rating is low because I do not have a SSD driver I have like 5.9 rating but I feel happy with this board I do recommended.
