    Defective and Unuseable, Many stuck Push Button Switches, Push Button Switches are apparently easily damaged!

    I expected a more ruggedly built instrument from HP. It had many stuck Push Button Switches, which are apparently easily damaged! LED display was bright, but that doesn't benefit you help when all attempted mode changes using the front panel buttons result in Error Messages rather than any useable information.

    Dynamite counter - easy to use, accurate, reliable

    We have used several of these in the lab for many years. It is a favorite because it is so automatic, intuitive and easy to use. We have compared it to other units and it is always amazingly accurate and stable. Now that it has been replaced by the 53200 family, it is available used at extremely attractive prices. Unless you need to work beyond 100 Mhz I see no reason to buy the 53200 at $2500+.
