A point and click adventure game with plenty of replayability.
Derek Alexander who goes by alias Happy Video Game Nerd claims that this game punches above it's weight, and I can confirm that is one punch you'll never forget. Clock Tower is a game that probably wouldn't have worked well among Nintendo fans in 1995 U.S.A. Especially after the goofy Night Trap fiasco Sega had to endure. That is why it had never been released in America until recently you are able to pick up a reproduction cart, and it is well worth doing so. Clock Tower is a point and click adventure game and one of the very few survival horrors ever released on the Super Nintendo. You can play it a different time each play through, which is very impressive for a Super Nintendo game. Of course, once you're able to figure out how to beat the game you realize just how short it actually is. ... At times Jennifer's slow moving pace can be frustrating, and you'll find yourself having to often pause to allow her to catch her breath if you make her run around too much. The panic button could also have gotten more use before the climax (not giving anything away), but these complaints are moot points by now as the game is nearing twenty years old. I love all the different scares. I love how it reminds me of old school, point and click, adventure PC games. I love how you have to apply some thought and imagination to get anywhere, and I love exploring the different areas of the mansion. If you're a hardcore or a modest collector of SNES, I'd still recommend this game. At the very most it'll cost you the price of a brand new game, which is well worth it as it gives you a unique experience. If you're an enthusiast of point and click or survival horror, then of course I recommend this master piece. It's not like anything you've played on the SNES before, but in a very good way.

great old games that are lost on the new generation.
was a great item game worked very well ..its retro and very entertaining compared to all the shooter and mass killing games we have now. this game also puts your brain to work to figure out puzzles and ways to avoid danger or avoid it. very fun :)
